Colours come from the DecoNetwork production worksheet and are validated against the colour count the API reports for each print location. Suggested amounts scale with print size and quantity, then round up to a practical mix size — they are a starting standard, not yet calibrated against real usage. Pull, top up, and mix are decided against the containers registered in ink inventory. Nothing on this page changes any record.
Print is one place on the garment that gets ink — a front, a back, a sleeve, a neck tag. A job with a front and a back is two prints. When an order is split into several garment lines that all carry the same artwork, those are combined into one print and the piece counts added together, so a colour is never counted twice.
Final colours means DecoNetwork has the job past separations, so the colour list will not change. Jobs still awaiting seps are shown for visibility and marked Preview, and they are left out of the totals above.
Mix means the colour comes from a Pantone palette and is built from Rutland bases. Stock means it is a standard or specialty ink you buy ready-made.
